Service Description

This morning Pilates class is a wonderful way to start the day. This class is suitable for women of all ages with adaptable exercises suitable for all fitness levels. You'll always be encouraged to go at your own pace without comparing to others in the room, whilst still being challenged. You can expect a low-impact, full-body workout that strengthens your core, improves posture, and increases flexibility—all while being gentle on your joints. With controlled movements and mindful breathing, Pilates helps you build strength, reduce stress, and move with more ease throughout your day. It’s an effective way to feel energized from the inside out. Come and try your first one for £1 (at any time) with code 'newpilates' and if you're feeling a bit unsure use the contact details at the bottom of the page to reach out if you have any questions! Can't wait to see you on the mat soon x p.s I have 10 spare mats so if you don’t have your own mat to bring you are very welcome to borrow one!

Cancellation Policy

If you are on a block booking (e.g. 6 weeks in one payment) then classes cannot be rescheduled once booked. If you cannot make it one week then feel free to send a friend in your place - please let me know if doing this. If you have booked a one off class, this can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before. If you want to cancel your place on a class or block booking before it begins, please provide at least 48hours notice of this and note that a 10% admin fee will be retained.
