This special postnatal session is specifically designed to help mums and babies unwind and relax through gentle movement and sound all with little one right by your side. We'll begin with a relaxing Baby Massage routine* then let the babies rest while you work through a gentle Pilates session to help you stretch, strengthen and reconnect with your body. This will be slow paced class suitable for women of all fitness levels*. The little ones can be right by your side and are usually entertained watching us and the twinkling projector lights - if they don't want to be put down then many moves can be done with little one on you or in your arms. After a small break we'll begin a soothing sound bath to help you fully unwind, release tension and reset. The whole experience will last about 1hour 45minutes. We will always be led by the babies so you can feed, change nappies, walk around with them etc as needed. We do not expect babies to be quiet throughout this event, so please don't worry about what happens if my baby cries or is noisy as this it totally normal! This event is perfect for anyone wanting a chance to slow down from busy days and do something positive for yourself whilst enjoying special time with your little one. *baby massage can be done through clothes or please bring your own suitable oil or moisturiser if wanting to massage onto skin **you must have had your doctor sign off to exercise before joining. Minimum age for babies is determined by when your doctor sign off takes place and upper age limit is any age until actively crawling (not suitable when confidently crawling)
